'Dansöz', the first of the plays to be staged by the Department of Theatre within the scope of the Creation Workshop course, premiered on the evening of April 4, 2024. Directed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Çizmeci and played by Almina Durğan, one of our third-year students, 'Dansöz' met with the audience at the Faculty of Fine Arts NFK Theatre Hall. The music of the play was performed by Theatre Department students Sıla Estel Giritlioğlu, Burcu Doğru, and Fırat Soyukaya. Assoc. Prof. Gülşah Polat and Lect. Şule Günal from Textile and Fashion Design Department took part in the decor design of the play. 'Dansöz', in which many students of the Department of Theatre made significant contributions to the rehearsal practice and technical support, will meet the audience again on April 18, 2024.
